Mr. Mays has been in the insurance industry for 30 years; first as a multi-line claims specialists and since 2000 as a Loss Control Field Director for Cincinnati Insurance Company. A double major graduate at James Madison University, Mr. Mays has insurance designations of: Charter Property Casualty Institute (CPCU); Associate in Risk Management (ARM); Certified Risk Manager (CRM); Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC); Associate in Management (AIM); Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) and Associate in Claims (AIC).
