Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development 2010-11 Board Chairman Tom Cooper presented the organization’s Distinguished Service Award to the late Rob Cranford. Cranford, who passed away in February, was president of Morrow Insurance Agency in Hendersonville and the 2006-07 chairman of the HCPED Board.
